Measures against the noise of an aerial conveyor
1. Objectives
- Among the noises made in a workshop, the aerial conveyor makes the biggest noise, 83dB. The company decided to take measures to reduce it.

- Considering the above condition, the company took measures as follows;
- Restoration of the apparatus...The chain and the sprocket are respectively swapped with new ones.
- Increasing accuracy...Spin finishing of the sprocket and the chain
- Adjustment of a position to install a motor
- ↓
