TOKICO Insertion Turbine Meter for Gas are used to measure flow rate of the exhaust gas from various kinds of furnaces and the air for combustion. By adopting pneumatic bearing, they provide stable and accurate measurement at any velocity, even when the exhaust gas in high temperature and corrosive (containing dust and mist)..

- Excellent durability : As the rotor rotates in a floating state by means of the pneumatic bearing,excellent durability is guaranteed.
- Consideration for dust and mist : The air which is supplied to the pneumatic bearing prevents dust and mist in the exhaust gas from entering the bearing. This keeps the rotating part clean and makes it possible to use the meter for exhaust gas containing dust and mist. For exhaust gas containing sticky dust and mist, a washing device is available.
-Wide measuring range : As the rotor rotates without contact,there is very low rotation resistance,resulting in high sensitivity.This makes measurement possible for a wide range from slow to high velocity flow.
-Stable measurement at high temperature : The pneumatic bearing demonstrates its high performance even at high temperature and provides stable flow measurement.
-Excellent corrosion resistance :The main parts are made of stainless steel. For exhaustgas applications, anti-corrosive paint is applied according to the requirements at each specific application.
