Material Substitution
(1) To save energy by change of fuels.
-Energy saving measure by converting drying furnace fuel from heavy oil to LPG(butane gas)
-Fuel switch in heating furnace
-Downsizing of boiler and increase of small-size boilers
-Promotion of energy saving by switching melting furnace fuel
(2) To either cease or reduce the use of hazardous raw materials such as heavy metalic pigments and dyestuffs, and chlorine salvents.
-Technology for total elimination of specified CFC foaming agent in hard polyurethane foam
(3) To use materials on producing process, which bring energy-saving, waste reduction and so on.
-Reduction of sludge (OGT Database)
-Use of non-open cutting method in gas work
-The reduction of oil-bearing waste water (OGT Database)
-Carrying construction materials to fields in a unit which is assembled in a factory (OGT Database)
(4) To reduce waste by adding additives to raw materials.
(5) To use recycled materials to generate a market for recycled products .
-Recycling of papers outside the establishment
-Recycling of waste rubber trees (OGT Database)
-Recycling of shredded paper waste into packing material (OGT Database)
-A method of a mold which is made from scrap wood as material (OGT Database)
