Complete vaporizing gas cooler

The Complete vaporizing gas cooler is designed and engineered for cooling high temperature exhaust gases from incinerator, melting furnace, drying furnace, etc.
Exhaust gas from high temperature sources is cooled down below 200 degree C without generation of dioxins by the Complete vaporizing gas cooler, and is sent to dry type dust collector, such as bag filter.

Technical Information

Specification :

The Complete vaporizing gas cooler is a kind of quench tower and is intended to be designed with no drain water.
The special consideration is made for water spraying system.
Both horizontal flow type and vertical flow type are available.

Advantages :

- The shortest evaporation time allow compact design.
- No dioxins is generated in the complete vaporizing gas cooler.
- No waste water facility for drain water is required.
- The outlet gas from complete vaporizing gas cooler can be sent to bag filter directly.
- For inlet gas thermal fluctuation, an automatic temperature control is available.
-In case of height limitation, horizontal flow type is available.
